The Eve Effect was created to help others through a severity of mental health issues including but not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, Self-Esteem and Self-Worth, Narcissism, Pessimism, Abandonment and much more.
Started by Eve who herself battles mental illnesses, our priority is to create a community and a safe space to vent, find solutions, receive and provide resources to help each other back to a healthy mind and lifestyle.
We strive to create this community through our blog: 'Sermons In The Garden' and through our clothing, designed to spread love and light.

You may be wondering why a Christian brand displays nudity in our designs.
Genesis 2:26 says “they (Adam and Eve) were naked and felt no shame” meaning they were exposed and vulnerable, but God already knows every spot and blemish on our bodies and in our hearts. He wants us to know where our imperfections are in order to pray for deliverance!
When you know exactly who you are no one should be able to point out your flaws and make you go run and hide. We all should be able to stand up and say “Yes, I fall short, but I pray every day and ask God to search my heart and remove the things that are not like Him.
Eve is an outward display of our inner heart posture. This design was created for those who are unashamed and vulnerable enough to be themselves before others and unto God.
I believe He wants us to continue walking with Him in our truest form knowing that He can and will use us anyway.
No matter how imperfect we are God’s grace is sufficient and his mercies are new for those who choose to walk with him.

Evelyn, born in Riverside, California shares parents with 15 siblings. She has been called many names by her loved ones, Ev, Evey, E-V-E, Eleven and Elephant, just to name a few! One of her favorite nicknames was given to her by her mother: Evolution because she was always running after change.
In 2019 she met a man, who asked if he could call her ‘EVE’. She hadn’t before liked the name due to the sinful nature behind it, but she allowed it, and it soon after grew on her.
They are now married with a blended family, sharing 10 kids in all.
She enjoys anything to do with art including music, fashion, painting, make-up, decorating and more.
Often times the villain in her own story, it became her personal mission to change the narrative to help people see Eve not just Eve in the bible, but Eve the woman she herself was becoming, in a new light. To see Eve as a mother instead of only being defined by her sin. (Genesis 3:20)

Evelyn Box, owner of The Eve Effect
In 2021, I started a business. I called it ‘The Eve Effect’ because I put my touch on all things custom from home decor to personalized gifts and services. I was very good at it, but God quickly told me “Thats not your purpose!” He gave me a vision that I sat with procrastinated and doubted.
For the next couple of years God took me on an unpleasant journey that turned out to be one of the best things that could have happened because His isolation resulted in me drawing near to Him and discovering who I truly am as a woman. I learned what it meant to be given the name Eve and established all that I stood for as a wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend.
I also learned faith, love, forgiveness, patience, grace, and etiquette in all things to carry myself with a new attitude which is ‘The Eve Effect’
My life was overshadowed by years of emptiness, depression, anxiety and fear but God healed and said “Now, go build your brand for MY glory!!”
